Tips for Prepping for Your Senior Session:

Even though it may seem like booking any photographer and wearing any clothes for your senior photos, TRUST ME, It is so important to do to these 3 things when booking your senior portrait session. These photos will last a lifetime, they highlight such a monumental time in your life, so make the most of it!

1. Find a photographer who’s style you actually like!

Look at portrait photographers in your area, specifically their senior session portfolio and make sure you like their photos, and the editing. You will look at these photos forever, so make sure you like the photo style before booking. In my own experience, I went to the contracted photography studio through my school and I hated the photos. They were very outdated, did not represent me, and they were overpriced.

2. Get on a call to make sure that you will feel comfortable with your photographer during your session.

If you’re looking for more candid photos, you want someone that is going to make you feel comfortable and know how to pose you as your authentic self. Check out your photographers instagram or hop on a call with them to make sure you are the right fit.

3. Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable, and pieces that represent you at the time you are in.
